Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Crypto Converter app for iPhone and Apple Watch, its widgets and Siri shortcuts, published by San Thu Gao (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Crypto Converter you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using Crypto Converter
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Crypto Converter on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Rates are for information only
Prices and exchange rates come from CoinGecko and may be delayed, rounded or inaccurate. Past-date rates are CoinGecko's daily values at 00:00 UTC. Crypto Converter is a calculator, not a trading platform: it does not buy, sell or hold crypto, and nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check rates with your exchange or bank before making decisions.
Converter Pro subscriptions
- Converter Pro unlocks unlimited coins on your list, saved sets, Home and Lock Screen widgets, the Apple Watch app, Siri and Shortcuts, and iCloud sync. It is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The current price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue them directly.
- Subscriptions bought in earlier versions of the app remain valid. Use “Restore purchases” to unlock them on a new device.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. If we discontinue features you have paid for during an active subscription period, you can request a refund through Apple.
Disclaimer
Crypto Converter is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy of rates, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, funds or profits, arising from your use of the app or from rates shown in it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
